Job Description
Utilize expertise in ServiceNow CMDB ITOM Discovery and ITOM Service Mapping to enhance IT operations management Implement and optimize ITOM solutions to improve service visibility automation and operational efficiency Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align ITOM capabilities with business objectives Apply best practices for configuration management and service mapping to maintain accurate and reliable CMDB data Incorporate ServiceNow ITOMGovernance and ITOMCloud Insights to enhance governance and cloud resource visibility Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance policies within ITOM processes Continuously evaluate and adopt new ServiceNow ITOM features to drive innovation and operational excellence
Roles and Responsibilities
Design configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modules including Discovery Service Mapping and Governance Lead the implementation of ITOM solutions supporting service availability and performance Manage and troubleshoot ITOM workflows and integrations to ensure seamless operations Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Monitor and improve the accuracy and completeness of CMDB data through proactive governance Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and peers Drive continuous improvement initiatives within ITOM processes to increase automation and reduce manual efforts Coordinate with cloud teams to integrate and leverage ITOMCloud Insights for enhanced cloud management Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to ITIL and organizational standards related to ITOM
