Position Title: Special Educator
Location: Wardha Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra
Role Overview
We are looking for a compassionate, qualified, and dedicated Special Educator to support students with diverse learning and behavioural needs in an inclusive school environment. The candidate will work closely with classroom teachers, parents, and school leadership to provide appropriate academic, behavioural, and developmental support to students.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic and behavioral support to students with special educational needs.
- Identify students requiring additional learning and developmental support.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on students' needs.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group intervention and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Special Education is required.
- B.Ed. in Special Education preferred.
- RCI certification preferred.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience as a Special Educator in a school setup preferred.
- Experience working with students with learning difficulties, ADHD, ASD, Dyslexia, and other special educational needs will be an advantage.
