We are hiring E-Commerce Platform Executive for a reputed company in Rajkot. The candidate will be responsible for managing online stores, handling day-to-day e-commerce operations, product listings, orders, inventory, and customer support across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
- Upload and update product listings, pricing, and inventory
- Handle order processing, payments, returns, and shipping
- Coordinate with courier and parcel partners for smooth deliveries
- Maintain communication with customers regarding orders and support
- Manage social media platforms and online promotions
- Support online marketing and branding activities
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
- Basic SEO, Excel, and reporting knowledge
- Good communication and management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Qualification:
Any Graduate preferred
Experience:
- Fresher / Junior Executive: 0 to 2 Years
Pay: 5,000-7000 per month
