Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Hub Manager to oversee daily transport and logistics operations at our Ernakulam hub. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in transport management, and the ability to manage fleet operations efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hub and transport operations.
- Supervise fleet movement and vehicle utilization.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of vehicles.
- Coordinate with drivers, transport vendors, and branch teams.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, documentation, and compliance.
- Track operational performance and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Handle manpower planning and team supervision.
- Resolve operational issues and customer service concerns promptly.
- Maintain fuel efficiency, route planning, and cost control.
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal departments for seamless operations.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- 3–8 years of experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of transport operations, fleet management, and MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Local candidates from Kerala are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
