About the Role
We are looking for a smart, reliable, and experienced Accounts Executive cum HR & Administration Executive who can independently manage accounting activities, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day office administration.
The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping
- Manage sales and purchase entries, invoices, receipts, and payments
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
- Coordinate GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and reconciliation
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, vendors, and banking institutions
- Monitor petty cash and office expenses
Human Resources
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
- Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Coordinate employee engagement and HR compliance activities
Administration & Office Operations
- Manage daily office administration and operational activities
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams
- Handle office purchases, inventory, and asset records
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and support services
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and internal communications
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Good knowledge of Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
- Understanding of GST, TDS, payroll processing, and statutory compliances
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Local candidates residing near Katraj, Bharati Vidyapeeth, Ambegaon, Dhankawadi, Bibwewadi, Kondhwa, Narhe, or nearby areas will be preferred
- Experience in Agriculture, Agri-Input, Agri-Tech, Trading, Commodity Trading, Distribution, Manufacturing, or FMCG sectors will be an added advantage
