Job Description-
- To understand the Job Description for the allocated position.
- To gather data from various available sources and screen the candidate for the desired profile and suitability for the company.
- Coordinate with the interviewer for the final round of the interview.
- To provide the received feedback to the recruitment head and take the necessary actions they suggested.
- To ensure interviews are conducted according to the defined process.
- To fill the position within the TAT and work according to the target allocation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
