Field Sales Executive – Solar EPC

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth for Solar EPC projects (Rooftop & Ground-Mounted). The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, site visits, and sales conversion across commercial, industrial, and residential segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities for Solar EPC projects.
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and site assessments.
- Understand client energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution design and proposal preparation.
- Present project proposals and explain technical and commercial benefits.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with industries, builders, institutions, and channel partners.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular client engagement.
- Ensure timely documentation and project onboarding support.
- Maintain sales reports, lead tracking, and CRM records.
- Facilitate smooth project handover to the execution team after order confirmation.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Solar PV systems and basic electrical concepts.
- Customer-focused and relationship-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
