1. Program Implementation and Management

Lead the planning, implementation, and scale-up of CMHP activities across project locations.

Ensure program objectives, deliverables, and timelines are achieved effectively.

Develop implementation plans and monitor progress against targets and indicators.

Ensure adherence to organizational policies, quality standards, and donor requirements.
2. Monitoring, Supervision, and Quality Assurance

Provide regular monitoring and supportive supervision to field teams.

Conduct field visits to assess program quality, identify challenges, and provide technical guidance.

Establish systems for performance monitoring and continuous quality improvement.

Review program data and ensure timely corrective actions where required.
3. Team Leadership and Capacity Building

Lead, mentor, and support Program Coordinators and field staff.

Strengthen leadership capacities within the program team through coaching and professional development.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Facilitate regular team meetings and performance reviews.
4. Proposal Development and Resource Mobilization

Lead the development of project proposals, concept notes, and funding applications.

Identify opportunities for program expansion and strategic partnerships.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in designing innovative mental health interventions.
5. Budget Planning and Financial Management

Prepare project budgets and annual operational plans.

Monitor budget utilization and ensure efficient use of resources.

Work closely with finance teams to track expenditures, forecasts, and donor compliance.

Support financial planning for program sustainability and growth.
6. Reporting and Documentation

Lead the preparation of high-quality donor reports, management reports, and program updates.

Ensure timely submission of narrative and operational reports.

Document best practices, success stories, lessons learned, and impact outcomes.

Utilize program data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Other administrative duties and field visits

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in program management, preferably in mental health, public health, or community development.

Proven experience in team leadership, project implementation, and stakeholder management.
-
Strong skills in proposal writing, budget preparation, and donor reporting.
-
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
