About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our presence in the cattle feed market. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers, while driving sales growth in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Market development: Identify and onboard new customers including farmers, dairy owners, and feed distributors.
- Sales achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer support: Provide product knowledge, guidance, and after-sales service to clients.
- Territory management: Plan and execute field visits to maximize coverage and sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, preferably in cattle feed, dairy, or agri-inputs.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within rural and semi-urban areas.
- Industry knowledge: Understanding of cattle nutrition and feed products will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,707.45 - ₹31,279.63 per month
