About the Role
Ducat is looking for an experienced and passionate Java Trainer to join our training team at the Noida Extension center. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Java and excellent communication and teaching skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training on Core Java, Advanced Java, and related technologies.
- Explain programming concepts clearly through practical examples and live coding.
- Prepare and deliver lectures, assignments, projects, and coding exercises.
- Mentor students and help them improve their programming and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct practical sessions, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Keep course content updated according to current industry requirements.
- Guide students on real-world Java projects and development practices.
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Core Java and Advanced Java.
- Good understanding of OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, JDBC, and Java 8+ features.
- Knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and SQL will be an advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to students of different skill levels.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
Eligibility
- 3+ years of professional experience in Java development and/or Java training.
- Prior experience as a Java Trainer, Technical Trainer, Software Developer, or Faculty is preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience, technical expertise, and interview performance.
