About the Position
We are hiring a Sales Executive for our permanent staffing division. The role focuses on engaging with candidates, promoting our services, onboarding candidates, and contributing to revenue generation through successful candidate enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to candidates through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
- Clearly explain the company’s services, placement procedures, enrollment charges, and overall benefits to candidates.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Collect candidate fees/payments according to company policies and ensure timely processing.
- Monitor candidate progress and follow up regularly until they successfully join.
- Keep detailed records of candidate communications, payments, and revenue-related activities.
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish trust and maintain good relationships with candidates.
- Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and focused on achieving results.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
