JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building relationships, and supporting the company's sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients and business opportunities. Generate leads through calls, networking, and digital platforms. Present and explain Manvian services and solutions to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Support the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline. Work closely with the marketing and operations team to achieve business goals. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills. Confidence in client interaction and sales discussions. Basic understanding of sales and marketing. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Good presentation and relationship-building skills
Eligibility:
Education: Any Degree
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience can apply (0.6–1 Year Experience Required) ✅
Languages:
English & Tamil (Additional languages are an advantage).

Monday to Saturday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
