Job Summary
To conceptualize, design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope,by adopting industry-leading practices, thus contributing significantly to the advancement and success of the project.
Key Responsibilities
Good understanding of the Product domain (semiconductor) & architecture specifically focusing on process control, yield management, and process-enabling solutions.
Hands-on experience in semiconductor domain including wafers and clear undertsnding of Defect Inspection and Metrology
Experience handling complex technical development , understanding of software, and services to optimize production yield and quality
Skill Requirements
Domain Competencies:
Product domain (semiconductor) & architecture specifically focusing on process control, yield management, and process-enabling solutions.
Proficiency in semiconductor domain including wafers
Clear understanding of domain related software, and services to optimize production yield and quality
Technical:
10+ years of overall software development experience with at least a few years in a managerial role.Strong hands-on experience in C++ and C# .Exposure to additional programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript) is a plus.Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps , etc.Proven experience in team management and leadership .Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies .Ability to independently lead teams and drive execution.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills .Hands-on experience in recruitment and technical interviewing
Other Requirements
Experience working in product-based or high-performance engineering environments.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.Exposure to modern DevOps practices and automation frameworks.
