Job Summary
The Telecaller will connect with existing and potential customers to promote clothing collections, announce seasonal sales, and invite clients to the showroom. This role bridges the gap between digital outreach and in-store foot traffic.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Outreach: Call existing database clients to announce new arrivals, seasonal launches, and exclusive offers.
- Foot Traffic Generation: Invite high-value customers to the showroom for personalized styling sessions or private previews.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on inquiries from social media, website forms, or loyalty program sign-ups.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights regarding recent purchases, showroom experiences, and fashion preferences.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate contact details and call histories.
- Order Support: Assist clients with over-the-phone orders, reservation of sizes, or checking in-store stock availability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary school certificate or a graduate degree in any field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or retail sales is preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a polite, persuasive, and engaging telephone manner.
- Languages: Fluency in the local language and conversational English.
- Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of fashion trends, apparel types, and garment sizing is a plus.
- Tech Literacy: Familiarity with basic CRM software, MS Excel, and retail POS systems.
Work Environment & Benefits
- Shift: Standard retail hours, which may include weekends or festival rushes.

- Compensation: Fixed monthly salary supplemented by performance-based sales incentives.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
