Job Summary
The Construction Helper assists skilled workers and the site team in carrying out daily construction activities. The role involves handling materials, maintaining site cleanliness, supporting loading and unloading, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist masons, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and other skilled workers.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
- Prepare and clean work areas before and after construction activities.
- Mix cement, mortar, and other construction materials as instructed.
- Help in shifting tools, machinery, and materials across the site.
- Follow instructions from the Site Supervisor and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the construction site.
- Use tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Follow all safety rules, company policies, and site regulations.
- Report any safety hazards or damaged equipment to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum 8th/10th Pass (Preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in construction or real estate projects (Freshers can also apply).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting construction materials.
- Willingness to work at project sites and follow safety guidelines.
