Position Overview
The IT Support Executive & Hardware Technician will be responsible for managing the school’s technology infrastructure, providing technical assistance to staff and students, and ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems. This role combines proactive maintenance with responsive troubleshooting to create a reliable digital learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide first-line support for teachers, students, and administrative staff on IT-related issues.
- Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and networking equipment.
- Software Management: Assist with installation, updates, and troubleshooting of educational and administrative software.
- Network Administration: Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, ensuring secure and stable access.
- Data Security: Implement basic cybersecurity practices, backups, and antivirus protection.
- Inventory Control: Maintain records of IT assets, hardware components, and consumables.
- Training & Guidance: Provide orientation and training sessions for staff and students on effective use of technology.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or Hardware Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
