The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting staff to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.
- Office management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure everything is functioning properly.
- Administrative support: Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain records.
- Scheduling: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
- Communication: Act as the point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Data management: Maintain databases, filing systems, and confidential information securely.
- Financial tasks: Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
