About the Role: We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Scrum Master to oversee and coordinate internal projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile practices, ensure smooth collaboration between departments, track project progress, remove impediments, and ensure the timely delivery of strategic initiatives. This role will work closely with Operations, IT, HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Yatra teams to improve efficiency and successfully execute organizational projects.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Project Management:
· Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.
· Guide teams in adopting and following Agile and Scrum methodologies.
· Ensure project milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
· Maintain project backlogs, sprint boards, and task prioritization.
Internal Project Coordination
· Plan, execute, and monitor all internal organizational projects.
· Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless execution.
· Track project deliverables and identify potential risks and bottlenecks.
· Ensure accountability by following up on assigned tasks and deadlines.
Stakeholder Management
· Work closely with senior management to understand business priorities.
· Provide regular project status reports, dashboards, and updates.
· Facilitate communication between teams to resolve dependencies and conflicts.
· Organize project review meetings and document action items.
Process Improvement
· Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes.
· Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) where required.
· Promote continuous improvement through Agile best practices.
· Measure project performance using KPIs and recommend improvements.
Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
· Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
· Track resource allocation, project timelines, and project risks.
· Ensure all project documents are updated and accessible.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
· 3–6 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Project Management, or Project Coordination roles.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams.
