Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary:
As a Scrum Master, a typical day involves enabling the smooth operation of a software development team by fostering an environment that supports Agile practices. This role includes guiding the team through various Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The Scrum Master actively works to identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, ensuring that the team remains focused on their objectives. Additionally, the role requires monitoring and communicating the team's progress through relevant metrics, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration across the team and stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint cycles.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics to drive team efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support team collaboration.
- Skilled in identifying and resolving impediments that affect team productivity.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
