SKMC Global is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Assistant Manager - Business Development for our Bangalore location. This role is focused on B2B corporate sales, where the candidate will be responsible for meeting corporate clients, building strong relationships, and generating business revenue.
The candidate must have hands-on experience in dealing with corporates and decision-makers in a B2B model.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B leads in the Bangalore market.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Present company services and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive revenue growth through structured business development efforts.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
- Coordinate internally for seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular reporting and pipeline tracking.
Eligibility & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales/business development (mandatory).
- Proven track record of meeting corporates and generating business.
- Experience in consulting, financial services, compliance, or advisory sector will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
