- Install, configure, and commission broadcast, AV, and media production systems.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues.
- Conduct testing, preventive maintenance, and system performance checks.
- Assist in designing studio, streaming, conferencing, and broadcast solutions.
- Support demonstrations, proof-of-concept setups, and customer training sessions.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for technical escalations and warranty support.
- Prepare technical documentation, installation reports, and service records.
- Train customers on equipment operation and best practices.
- Ensure timely closure of service tickets and customer complaints.
- Travel to customer locations across India for installations, commissioning, and support as required.
Pay: ₹20,174.22 - ₹45,220.57 per month
