Job Summary:
The ISO Document Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, controlling, and updating all quality management system documents related to ISO standards within the dairy manufacturing facility. The role ensures proper documentation practices, compliance with food safety standards, and smooth coordination during internal and external audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control all ISO/QMS documents, SOPs, formats, manuals, and records.
- Ensure all documents are updated, approved, distributed, and archived as per company procedures.
- Coordinate implementation and maintenance of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSAI, GMP, and related food safety systems.
- Prepare documentation for internal audits, external audits, and certification audits.
- Monitor document revision status and maintain master document lists.
- Support departments in preparing standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure proper record keeping and traceability of documents.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) documentation.
- Assist in employee training related to ISO documentation and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company documents.
- Prepare audit reports and compliance reports as required.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Certification or knowledge in ISO Documentation / HACCP / Food Safety Systems preferred.
Experience:
- 1–4 years of experience in ISO documentation within Dairy/Food manufacturing industry.
- Freshers with strong knowledge in ISO systems may also apply.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and FSSAI standards.
- Strong documentation and record management skills.
- Good communication and coordination ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
