Investment Strategy and Portfolio Management
· Analyze public and private market opportunities and conduct due diligence.
· Formulate asset allocation frameworks matching risk and liquidity goals, Mutual Funds.
“Track portfolio performance and recommend strategic actions, including exits or reallocations.”
Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Tax
· Oversee bookkeeping, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
“Preparation of quarterly personal financial statements for individual, foundation, entities and trusts.” --
· Coordinate tax filing, compliance, and strategic planning with external accountants
Operations, Risk, and Governance
· Manage daily cash movements, wires, and banking relationships securely.
· Oversee insurance policies and coordinate legal affairs with outside counsel.
· Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks and reporting standards
Stakeholder and Lifestyle Administration
· Serve as the primary point of contact between principals and external advisors.
· Coordinate concierge services, travel planning, and estate management.
