Boiler Operator responsibilities for a Thermax boiler in a sweet factory:
- Operating and monitoring the Thermax boiler for continuous steam supply in production.
- Checking steam pressure, temperature, water level, and fuel system regularly.
- Starting and shutting down the boiler as per standard operating procedures.
- Maintaining proper boiler efficiency and minimizing fuel consumption.
- Inspecting safety valves, gauges, pumps, burners, and pipelines daily.
- Maintaining water treatment and checking water quality to avoid scaling and damage.
- Recording boiler readings, fuel usage, and maintenance activities in daily log books.
- Coordinating with the production department for steam requirements during sweet manufacturing.
- Identifying technical faults and informing the maintenance team immediately.
- Ensuring proper cleaning and preventive maintenance of the Thermax boiler system.
- Following all boiler safety rules, fire safety standards, and factory compliance procedures.
- Handling emergency situations and boiler breakdowns safely and efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
