Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Hardgoods Merchandiser to join our merchandising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product development, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution from sampling to final shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end merchandising for hardgoods products including tabletop, barware, kitchenware, and home accessories
- Coordinate with design, sourcing, sampling, and production teams
- Manage product development timelines and sampling processes
- Communicate with international buyers and handle day-to-day queries
- Track orders, approvals, production status, and shipment schedules
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production
- Coordinate inspections, documentation, and shipment execution
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for pricing and timelines
- Prepare costing sheets, quotation sheets, and product documentation
- Follow up on approvals, packaging, and production planning
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in hardgoods merchandising/export industry
- Strong understanding of materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, wood, resin, etc.
- Good knowledge of export documentation and production processes
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic merchandising documentation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
