Key Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase materials, components, and consumables required for production.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare prices.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Follow up with vendors regarding delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts departments.
- Maintain purchase records and vendor data.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or relevantexperienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to manage vendors and procurement activities.
