We are looking for a responsible and energetic Lifeguard & Swimming Coach to ensure swimmer safety and conduct swimming training sessions for students.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise swimmers and maintain pool safety
- Respond quickly during emergencies and provide first aid if required
- Conduct swimming coaching sessions for kids and adults
- Teach basic to advanced swimming techniques
- Support students in improving confidence and performance in water
- Maintain discipline and safety during classes
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
Requirements:
- Good swimming and lifesaving skills
- Experience in swimming coaching is preferred
- Ability to handle kids and beginner swimmers patiently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit, responsible, and punctual
- Lifeguard certification is an advantage
- Bike is necessary for travel and timely reporting to different locations
