Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, process invoices and payments, perform reconciliations, and support statutory and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and process invoices, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
- Maintain ledgers and ensure accurate bookkeeping and documentation.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for collections.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required by management.
- Support preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and related schedules.
- Assist with tax and statutory compliance, including GST/TDS or other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments when required.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, vouchers, receipts, and accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP/accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,813.39 - ₹25,500.49 per month
