- Perform laboratory tests on blood, urine, and other body samples.
- Ensure test results are accurate and reported on time.
- Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Follow safety, quality, and infection control procedures.
- Check and maintain laboratory records and reports.
- Supervise and guide junior lab technicians.
- Help train new staff when needed.
- Monitor laboratory supplies and inform management when stock is low.
- Assist doctors and healthcare staff by providing reliable test results.
- Ensure the laboratory meets accreditation and quality standards.
