Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, onboarding clients and building long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and online channels.
- Identify and onboard e-commerce sellers, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and corporate clients.
- Present IPShipment.com's logistics and shipping solutions to prospective customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform benefits.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills :
- Strong sales and business development experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, courier, e-commerce or SaaS industries preferred.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
- Prior experience in logistics, shipping, courier aggregation, or e-commerce services will be an advantage.
