Field Service Engineer – Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend on-site breakdowns and carry out timely repairs to minimize machine downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing of JCB equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues.
- Maintain service reports, job cards, and other service records accurately.
- Coordinate with the workshop and spare parts team for timely support.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing quality service and technical guidance.
- Follow company safety standards and service procedures during field operations.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, Agricultural, or Electrical Engineering & ITI candidates can apply
- Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction equipment or heavy vehicles is preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,247.46 per month
