We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in handling dialysis procedures and providing high-quality patient care in a hospital or dialysis center setting. The Dialysis Technician will be responsible for preparing and operating dialysis machines, monitoring patients during treatment, and ensuring all dialysis procedures are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with medical protocols and infection control standards.
The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of dialysis equipment, patient monitoring, and emergency response procedures. They must be compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of building a supportive environment for patients undergoing dialysis treatment. The role also involves coordinating with nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dialysis machines and treatment areas before procedures.
- Operate and monitor dialysis equipment during patient treatment.
- Check and record patient vital signs before, during, and after dialysis.
- Ensure patient comfort and respond promptly to complications or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and patient documentation.
- Follow strict infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Assist in machine maintenance checks and report technical issues.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding dialysis care and treatment guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for patient treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bsc/ Diploma/Certification in Dialysis Technology or related healthcare field.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as a Dialysis Technician.
- Strong understanding of dialysis procedures and equipment handling.
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts and emergency duties if required.
- BLS/CPR certification preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
