We are currently seeking Senior Landscape Architects with 5-10 years post-qualification experience to join our team. Applicants must be motivated, efficient and highly organised with demonstrable project delivery experience across multiple sectors including landscape-led development and infrastructure projects.
Responsible for the management of small teams, running managing delivery of projects (including programme, resourcing and commercial aspects) and delegating the work; and
Responsible for the production of landscape information for infrastructure and development projects, ranging from site audit/concept design and feasibility studies, production of detailed information for tender and construction including hard and soft landscape General Arrangement plans, construction detailing, planting schedules and specifications.
- Prepare site plans and graphic representations of plans using computer software.
- Sales design will be the primary responsibility, i.e. designing & selling your design.
- Survey sites and produce 2D/3D design drawings.
- Prepare contracts & cost estimates, and oversee the project's budget.
- Presenting proposals to clients for approval and agreeing on timescales
- Prepare landscape plans, including details related to tree plantations, softscapes, and hardscapes, elements, lighting, furniture, parking, etc.
- Good knowledge of plant materials.
- Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and designing landscape master plans and details.
- Consult with clients to determine their requirements.
- Modify existing plans to fit client and sales needs.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Landscape Design/Garden Design, Sales, and Installation.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects.
- Collaborating with other experts, such as architects, surveyors, urban planners, and civil engineers.
Key Skills
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Autodesk 3DSMax, Revit, Vray, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design programs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
