- Skills: Strong knowledge of labor legislation, proficiency in HRIS/Payroll software, and exceptional conflict resolution capabilities.
Job Description – HR Executive
Position: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee grievances and promote positive employee relations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and training activities.
- Organize employee engagement and welfare programs.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Eligibility Criteria:

- Candidates must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
