Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, performance management, policy implementation, and building a positive workplace culture that supports organizational growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all business functions.
- Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Manage exit interviews and full-and-final settlement processes.
- Improve employee onboarding experience.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee database.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance team.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and resignations.
Performance Management
- Design and implement KPI/KRA frameworks.
- Conduct probation and performance reviews.
- Support managers in employee performance improvement.
- Develop employee growth and career progression plans.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a healthy work culture.
- Conduct feedback surveys and engagement initiatives.
HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain records related to:
- PF
- ESI
- PT
- Gratuity
- Shops & Establishment
- Employment Contracts
- Coordinate audits and statutory inspections.
Policy Development
- Develop and update HR policies and SOPs.
- Maintain employee handbook.
- Ensure policy communication across teams.
Learning & Development
- Identify employee training needs.
- Organize internal and external training programs.
- Support leadership development initiatives.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports.
- Track hiring metrics, attrition, attendance, and engagement.
- Present HR insights to management.
Culture Building
- Drive company values and organizational culture.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, collaboration, and employee well-being.
- Build leadership capability across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Certification in Labour Laws or HR Analytics is an added advantage.
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Human Resources.
- At least 2 years in an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role.
- Experience in startups, consulting firms, IT, or service organizations is preferred.
