Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant & Operations Logistics Support professional to support our logistics operations and accounts team. The ideal candidate should have excellent Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets skills, working knowledge of Tally, strong coordination abilities, and a keen eye for maintaining accurate records, inventory, and operational documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Monitor stock movement and support inventory reconciliation activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
- Maintain and update MIS reports for inventory and logistics operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for material movement and operational updates.
- Support dispatch planning and track deliveries with field teams and transporters.
- Maintain store-related documentation and ensure proper record management.
- Update and manage operational data using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive.
- Support daily coordination between the Store, Logistics, Procurement, and Site Teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of logistics, inventory, and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters and warehouses teams to ensure smooth material movement.
- Support stock handling, inventory verification, and periodic inventory audits.
- Maintain organized digital and physical operational records.
- Perform any other operational and coordination tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS, data management, and MIS reporting.
- Working experience in Tally Prime.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail)
- Strong multitasking, coordination, and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of logistics, inventory, warehouse operations, and material documentation
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
- Basic understanding of accounts and accounting processes.
- Experience in logistics operations, accounting processes, inventory management, stock handling, inventory audits, and material documentation.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
