Job Description – Sales Manager
Location: The LaLiT Mumbai
Business Unit: The LaLiT Golf & Spa Resort Goa
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be based at The LaLiT Mumbai and will be responsible for generating room, MICE, wedding, and leisure business for The LaLiT Golf & Spa Resort Goa. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue from the Mumbai market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate room, MICE, wedding, and leisure business for The LaLiT Golf & Spa Resort Goa.
- Develop and manage corporate accounts, travel agents, event planners, and DMCs.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Negotiate contracts and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize repeat business.
- Coordinate with the Goa Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings.
- Maintain sales reports, account plans, and market intelligence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in hospitality sales.
- Strong network in the Mumbai corporate, MICE, and travel market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel as required.
Location
The position will be based at The LaLiT Mumbai and will exclusively manage sales and business development for The LaLiT Golf & Spa Resort Goa.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
