SPES Super Speciality Hospital is looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Executive to join our team.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in hospital/building maintenance preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of hospital equipment and utilities.
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems, DG set, UPS, HVAC, plumbing, RO/STP/ETP, and other utility services.
- Attend maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain daily maintenance logs and equipment records.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC/CMC services and repair work.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital policies.
- Support NABH compliance related to engineering and maintenance.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, UPS, and utility maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
