Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and transfer calls to the concerned departments.
- Handle front desk operations and maintain the reception area.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in arranging meetings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, parcels, and official documents.
- Manage office emails and respond to general inquiries.
- Maintain attendance records and support basic HR/admin activities when required.
- Coordinate with vendors and office staff for day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and maintain inventory records.
- Support travel bookings, courier services, and other administrative functions.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 0–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Assistant.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
