- To collect Customer feedback in an organized manner and maintaining the database to collectively improve on the satisfaction and dissatisfaction parameters.
- Building up a Good Image and Rapport
- Maintain Effective and Timely Communication
- Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquettes
- Make calls and follow up
- Maintain complete and accurate telephonic correspondence data.
- Recording complaints, problems, queries and providing suitable answers and assistance
Ideal Candidate
- Must have good communication Skill.
- Must have a good knowledge in MS office tools especially in MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge about customer care activities.
Qualification: Any graduate/Diploma
Experience: 0-2 Year
