Job Summary
SHIVAA NGO is looking for a dynamic and passionate Fundraising Executive to support our fundraising and donor engagement initiatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with potential donors through outbound calls, introduce SHIVAA's mission and impact, build long-term donor relationships, and generate funds to support our social initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and the ability to engage individuals and organizations to contribute towards meaningful causes.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to prospective donors.
- Reach out to HNIs (High Net Worth Individuals), BNI members, corporates, philanthropists, CSR contacts, and other potential donors.
- Introduce SHIVAA, explain its mission, ongoing projects, social impact, and funding requirements.
- Build interest among prospective donors and encourage them to support SHIVAA through donations, sponsorships, or partnerships.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with interested donors and maintain strong donor relationships.
- Schedule meetings with prospective donors and accompany the management team for meetings whenever required.
- Maintain accurate daily records of calls made, donor responses, follow-ups, and fundraising progress.
- Meet assigned fundraising and outreach targets while ensuring a professional and positive donor experience.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding donor meetings, documentation, and fundraising activities.
- Represent SHIVAA professionally during all donor interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Telecalling, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, or Fundraising is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Comfortable with cold calling and donor outreach.
- Good persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive attitude with confidence in interacting with senior professionals and corporate representatives.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications for maintaining call records and donor databases.
- Ability to work independently while achieving fundraising and outreach goals.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
