Responsibilities:
- Handle complete plant operations and production planning
- Manage production, quality, maintenance & dispatch teams
- Ensure productivity, efficiency & timely delivery
- Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime
- Maintain safety, discipline & operational standards
- Coordinate with management for target achievement and process improvement
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Plastic and Steel Industry
- Experience in plant operations and team handling
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control & maintenance
- Ability to handle manpower and factory operations efficiently
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
