Expertise in backpack and bag pattern development.
Strong knowledge of CAD pattern designing and grading.
Ability to create accurate patterns for travel backpacks, trekking backpacks, duffel bags, and luggage products.
Understanding of materials, trims, zippers, webbing, buckles, and bag construction techniques.
Tech Pack review and production handover.
Coordinate with sampling and production teams for prototype development and fit corrections.
Required Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Bag/Backpack Pattern Master.
Proficiency in CAD Pattern Making and Grading.
Experience in developing patterns for backpacks, travel bags, trekking bags, duffel bags, or luggage products.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production feasibility.
Ability to convert design concepts into production-ready patterns.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to work from our office in Cochin, Kerala.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
