Wogom is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth and strengthen the company's distribution network within the assigned territory. The role involves managing distributors, expanding market reach, driving secondary sales, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory through distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners.

Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors to expand market coverage.

Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities for territory expansion.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key channel partners.

Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned revenue and volume targets.

Monitor distributor performance and ensure effective stock management and market servicing.

Implement sales and promotional activities to improve product visibility and market penetration.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance for smooth business execution.

Ensure timely collection of market feedback and provide actionable insights to management.

Conduct regular distributor and market visits to ensure business growth and operational excellence.

3–7 years of experience in Channel Sales, Distribution Sales, Territory Sales, or Business Development.

Proven experience in managing distributors, wholesalers, and retail networks.

Strong understanding of territory management and market expansion.

Experience in FMCG, FMCD, Consumer Goods, Fintech, or related industries preferred.

Good knowledge of sales planning, target achievement, and distributor management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Experience in developing distribution networks and driving market expansion.

Exposure to General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT).

Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
