- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project schedules.
- Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution to maintain project momentum.
- Competence in using project tracking and reporting tools to provide clear visibility on progress.
