We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in retail sales, sales operations, customer service, and B2B business development. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance during the internship will be considered for a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day sales operations.
- Attend to customers at our retail showroom and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage the reception and billing counter for walk-in customers.
- Process offline and online customer orders, invoices, and billing accurately.
- Coordinate and track online order fulfillment.
- Visit potential business clients to generate new B2B sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, and corporate customers.
- Follow up with leads and assist in converting inquiries into sales.
- Maintain sales records and prepare daily reports.
- Assist in ensuring smooth store operations and coordination with the team.
Requirements
- Graduate or currently pursuing graduation (any stream).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and business clients.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and B2B sales activities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and billing/POS software is preferred).
- Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
