Job Description:
Attitude World Wide is looking for an energetic and responsible Field Officer to support our recruitment, placement, client coordination, and field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day field activities and assigned responsibilities.
- Coordinate with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Visit client locations and attend meetings when required.
- Support recruitment and placement activities.
- Generate leads and assist in business development.
- Collect and verify candidate documents.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Prepare field reports and provide daily updates.
- Achieve assigned targets and complete tasks on time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in job consultancy, recruitment, or HR services will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong field coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel within Trivandrum and nearby areas.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
