Project Delivery Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Project Delivery Manager to lead the execution of enterprise and government technology projects involving mobile applications, web platforms, APIs and cybersecurity integrations.
The candidate will act as the key link between the government organisation, client, business stakeholders and internal software team, taking ownership of requirements, delivery timelines, coordination, documentation, testing and successful deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of coordination between the client and internal technology team.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories and development tasks.
- Prepare and maintain BRD/FRS/SRS, process flows, requirement trackers and project documentation.
- Plan project milestones, sprints, releases and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate across developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, cybersecurity and third-party integration teams.
- Track development progress, dependencies, risks, issues and change requests.
- Conduct regular client reviews, demonstrations and project status meetings.
- Manage UAT, client observations, defect closure, deployment and Go-Live activities.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables and adherence to agreed SLAs.
- Prepare project reports, MoMs, progress updates and management dashboards.
- Support post-Go-Live operations, maintenance and client escalation management.
Required Technical Knowledge
The candidate does not need to be a hands-on developer, but should have a strong working understanding of:
- Mobile and web application development
- REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Frontend, backend and database architecture
- Flutter / React or similar modern application frameworks
- .NET / Node.js or similar backend technologies
- SQL databases
- Cloud deployment and basic DevOps concepts
- Authentication, RBAC, API security, encryption and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Software testing, UAT, deployment and production support
Tools & Methodologies
Working knowledge of:
Jira / Azure DevOps Confluence MS Project Excel PowerPoint Figma Postman Swagger Git Agile / Scrum
Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of experience in software project delivery, technical project management or business analysis.
- Experience managing mobile/web application development projects.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience handling multiple teams and parallel workstreams.
- Comfortable taking complete ownership of a project from requirements through Go-Live.
Preferred: Experience working with government, PSU, enterprise, cybersecurity or large-scale digital transformation projects.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
