Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' health conditions and record medical histories.
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, surgeries, and medical procedures.
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, nutrition, and disease prevention.
- Ensure infection prevention and control practices are followed.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or basic life support.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for patient care.
- Supervise nursing assistants and support staff when required.
- Maintain medical equipment and ward inventory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
