Responsibilities:
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5–15 Enrollment
Advisors
Identifies skill gaps in team members and initiates coaching or training
interventions
Ability to oversee the entire enrollment funnel across the team — inquiry to
enrollment
Identifies pipeline bottlenecks and intervenes with solutions promptly
Manages intake-wise enrollment targets and aligns team efforts accordingly
Experience in using data and dashboards to drive performance reviews
Experience in developing call scripts, counselling frameworks, and objection
handling
Experience in Sales tools - CRM, LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
